Antonio's obituary

Antonio Davis, Sr., proudly known as “Tony”, was born on the 5th of December, 1967, In St. Louis MO. To Maude Belinda Davis, and Hollivan “Richard” Cody, Jr and peacefully passed away on the 1st of September, 2023. Antonio was a man of many roles, but most importantly he was a loving father, brother, uncle, and grandfather.

He was married to Lovetta Davis.

In his lifetime, Antonio shared many valuable lessons, one of which was the importance of family. This belief is reflected in his vast family that survives him. His legacy is enduring, living on through his children and grandchildren, whom he loved dearly

Antonio was born again on April 06, 2003 at The Circle of Light Church by reverend Jeffery Johnson Jr.

Antonio was a beacon of strength, love, and support. His spirit was characterized by his giving nature and his unwavering dedication to those he loved.

Antonio's memory will always live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sons, Antonio Davis Jr., Lavelle Jackson, Raheem Roberts, Micheal Rice, Marquell McGhee, DeMarkis Hunter and Mark Davis, and his daughters, Jerrlisa Burchfield, DeTana Hollins, and Tramez Davis, will fondly remember their father’s love and support.

His cherished grandchildren, Aaliyah Davis, Dayton Davis, Antonio Davis III, Jakiyah Johnson, DeAja Northcross, DeMecha Northcross, DesTani Northcross, and O'Niyah Dawson, J'Ceaon Davis will miss their loving grandfather.

Besides his immediate family, Antonio also leaves behind a host of siblings, including his brothers, William Davis, Curtis Gilbert, Mark Cody, Cortez Billups, and Antonio Cody, and his sisters, Adrian Hunter, Rosalind Veasley, Deon Wilkins, Yuvonka Wilkins, and Lisa Nichols.

Antonio was predeceased by his sister, Terena Davis, his father Richard Cody, his brothers, Carlos Cody, Patrick Cody, his mother Maude Davis, and his grandmother, Geraldine Kaid.
