NINO's obituary

In loving memory of ANTONIO "NINO" CALLARI, 59 who passed away on July 09, 2023 after a life long battle with Sickle Cell Anemia and Thalassemia.

NINO was born on January 28, 1964 to Salvatrice and Salvatore Callari in Sciara, Italy.   With his boundless energy and positive attitude, Nino joined the work force after graduating from New Rochelle High School, first in construction, then at Coca Cola and  eventually landing at NuCo2 which he considered his work home and everyone he worked with - family.   Nino was the definition of a "people person".  His ever welcoming smile and knack for bringing people together was evident to all and Nino advanced  to the position of Manager of Delivery & Customer Care when he left us.  Nino brought his passion to everything he touched - his work, Marvel, gaming and sports - which was sorely proven to all when he would win the Fantasy Football Pool almost every year.  Although work and play was important, Nino's family was his first passion.   He met Carolyn in high school and they were wed soon thereafter.  Even though they eventually separated, they shared the unbreakable bond of their two children, Justin and Krista.  In 2006 Nino met Monica with whom he shared his ever too brief a life.  Although too short a time, Nino and Monica enjoyed their life together from their trips to Las Vegas, The Bahamas, St. Thomas, Spain, Italy and France to their weekend breakfasts and regular dinners with Frankie and Laura.   2021 saw Nino and Monica move into their beautiful home in Boynton Beach, Florida but that paled in comparison to the most momentous moment of their lives - the birth of Nino's granddaughter - Ellie Mae.  Ellie Mae made the natural sparkle in Nino's eyes light up like a thousand suns.  Ellie Mae was pure joy for Nino and although he was taken too soon - he had the fullness of life that most can only hope for.  With his ever present smile and endless stories, Nino was loved by everyone, friends and family alike.  He will be deeply missed.  Nino is survived by Justin, Krista, Monica, Stacy, Nick, Carmelo, Maria, Sal, Elayne, Sabrina, TJ, Samantha, Emily, Joseph, Steven, his "adopted family" - the Caputos,  his countless friends and - the love of his life, granddaughter Ellie Mae.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to donate to Ever Loved to send underprivileged children to Little League Camp.

There will be a funeral service on July 29, 2023 at 11AM - 1PM at All County Funeral Home and Crematory; 1010 NW Federal Highway, Stuart Florida 34994 and a Memorial Service immediately following the funeral at The Flagler of Stuart, 201 SW Flagler Avenue, Stuart, Florida 34994
