Antonietta Mazzucca, formerly of Calumet City, IL (recently of Dyer, IN) passed away on Saturday, November 7th, 2020. Antonietta was the loving wife of Anthony Mazzucca for 54 years. Beloved mother to Teresa (Vince) Gutierrez, Claudia (Jeff) Gricus, and Michael Mazzucca. Devoted nonna to Gianna and Anthony Gricus and Tyler and Hunter Mazzucca. She is survived by her sisters Suor Marilisa, Elisabetta, and brothers Vincenzo, Pietro, and Antonio and sister in law Pasqualina as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Giuseppe and Caterina Fiumara and brother Giuseppe Fiumara.

She was born in Chiaravalle Centrale, Italy on September 3, 1945. She owned Capri Deli in Dyer, IN and enjoyed cooking authentic Italian meals and gardening in her free time. She enjoyed the holidays, as it meant she could have family gathered around the table. She will be sorely missed by everyone that was blessed to know her!
