Anthony G. Werth (a.k.a. Tony or Bud), age 89 of Harsens Island, passed away on May 31, 2025. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 21, 1936, to the late Anthony and Dorothea (Jaenicke) Werth and was married to the late Violet (Miksys) Werth for 41 years.

He is survived by his four children; Michael (Johanna), Douglas (Debbie), David (Nicole), and Marcy (Michael), and five grandchildren; Steffan, Michael (Krystal), Schuyler, Griffin and Anna, along with several nephews, nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother Lawrence (Irene) and sister Evelyn (Daniel).

He was a graduate of Fordson High School and owned and operated Werth and Martell Collision for 40 years. Bud most enjoyed working on cars and his favorite childhood memory was fishing on Harsens Island, where he lived full time after retirement. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life is planned to be held at a later date, details will be shared when available.
