We mournfully announce the passing of Anthony "Tony" Stovall, 67, of Winchester, TN. Tony passed away on July 9, 2023, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Tony, born to Bobby and Theda Stovall, on November 11, 1955 Franklin County. The Stovall family stayed in Winchester for several years until relocating to Chattanooga for a brief period. Tony attended Franklin County High School and went on to attend [college name], pursuing a degree in [subject]. Tony's biggest passion in life was music. An avid guitar player, he spent countless hours perfecting his ability. Tony played in multiple bands over the years, and continued his life-long friendships with his band mates. His friends were like family. When Tony wasn’t playing the guitar, he could be found outside cooking meat on the smoker as it was another favorite pastime of his. He loved taking his Harley on road trips, or even just up the mountain. Tony had a way of making the room feel like a party when he walked in. He loved to laugh, and kept his sense of humor until his last days. He had a deep love for his family and was always happy to spend time with them. He was preceded in death by his brother Tommy Stovall, father Bobby Bates Stovall, and mother Theda Stovall. Tony is survived by his loving wife of sixteen years, Debra (Limbaugh) Stovall of Winchester; children Chelsea (Kory) Hall of Winchester, Sydney Stovall of Chattanooga, and Cole (Kylee) Stovall of Winchester; stepson Tony Anderson, and stepdaughter Emily Anderson; grandson Hayes Hall and granddaughter Blake Hall; step grandchildren Hunner and Kylee; sister Terri (Olean) Kiker of South Carolina.
