Anthony's obituary

Anthony "Ant" Gerald Stamm, age 42, passed away on March 12, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born at Womans Hospital in Las Vegas Nevada on June 18th, 1982 to Kathleen Breen and Anthony "Tony" A. Stamm Senior who passed away in 2024. Ant was survived by his mother Kathleen Breen, sister Juanita Stamm, brothers Johnny Stamm, William Lewey, Eddie Lewey and Dustin Lewey and his daughter Bobbi Sofia and mother of Bobbi, Laura Wilson in addition to the many nieces and nephews.

Family was first and foremost important to Ant. He often said "family is everything." Growing up, he would hang around his siblings and cousins, and whenever in their company at an older age, he would light up and turn into a kid again, smiling and joking and playing pranks, immediately forgetting any hard times. His favorite person was his Grandma who he could do no wrong in her eyes. As a child, he and Dustin, once super glued their cousin's hand to her face, when she was sleeping. They then tried to put her in a box with the intention of mailing her to China. This wild adventurous nature continued into his adulthood. Anyone you ask about him said he was a person of spontaneity. You could never assume anything of him. He lived life with a self-willed, fearless and daring attitude, always looking for adventure.

Ant's head-strong and bold attitude was accompanied by his good-spirited, funny and charming characteristics. He would never take no for an answer. Yes, somewhat headstrong and stubborn but always convincing. He loved to be bold and the center of some sort of an adventure and would take anything on without fear and rather pure conviction. Going on an adventure with Ant often meant you were going for the ride and left to his time only to return when the adventure was done and never earlier. Nothing was off limits. This attitude of "no can't do" was often reiterated to his daughter Bobbi. He told her "can't" is a bad word and that she "can do anything and always."

Ant's love for his family remained with him till he left us. If his daughter Bobbi said she wanted something he would get the biggest one. Resulting at one time into a massive dollhouse that could have housed Bobbi herself. He would check the "Get 'n' Spot" to check for anything good and if he found something one of his family needed he would get three. He would just show up unexpectedly but always with his marker lyrics he used to like to repeat "East side. East side. East side". His love for Bobbi was always present. He would love to make her laugh from the start with his giant presence. He would fly her around on his arm and tickle her "honey pot." Best times were spent napping with her cuddled by his side. She meant the world to him.

Ant never liked to say goodbye and would always look at you with his blue eyes and choose to say "see you later and love you." He left us without saying goodbye and way too early. In his spirit we hope everyone continues to look at life with the same bold attitude that Ant did. When there is an opportunity for an adventure - we hope you think of Ant and take it on and not take no for an answer. He would want it that way. He would want the influence of his adventures with him to live on. We invite you to share your stories in a celebration of Ant to continue to inspire all around him and remind all that there is no such word as "can't" only the can do way of life of Ant. We love you Anthony Stamm, you will be missed, but not forgotten.
