Anthony “Tony” Rodela was born September of 1965 in Los Angeles, Ca. Raised in Montebello, Ca. The Rodela’s. Dad, Papa, Tony, was a great man and he shall be remembered as the All Star that he really was. Tony, our Father was Star Athlete  growing up, a Montebello All Star to be exact. He lived a nice life creating a family of his own. A hard working man, dedicated to loving his family and doing everything with genuine love and passion.  He had a loving wife, 6 children, & 9 grandchildren. Tony was a family man, a Coach, a friendly man with a great smile, and a true heart of Gold. Tony battled the past 9 years with health issues and still found ways to check in on family and loved ones, he still made it a point to attend as many gatherings or events with his family even in pain, because he loved us all so much and just wanted everyone to feel the love he had for us all. The love Tony gave was genuine and will be missed so much. His talks, his phone calls, his long strong hugs, watching him root for the Dodgers, and his unconditional love for the Raiders. He loved us so much and we miss him tremendously. I know so many people love him and love our family. So if you would like to contribute to our Father as he rides off to heaven, that would be greatly appreciated and we would be so thankful.
