Anthony's obituary
The son of the late Anthony Reale, Jr. and Margaret Nagel, he was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1933.
He had served in the Merchant Marine and U.S. Navy, later working as a union carpenter out of Local 101. During his service time he traveled the world extensively and as a carpenter he worked on the restoration of the U.S.S. Constellation.
Avid sailors, he and his wife, Faye Carey, enjoyed sailing on the Chesapeake Bay and bare boat chartering in the Caribbean. In later years, prior to his illness, their sea life was spent on annual cruises.
In addition to his wife of 47 years, he is survived by his four children: daughter Lise Grigsby (Jeff) of Tampa, Florida; sons Terence "Terry" Reale (Sam Haga) of Catonsville, Maryland and Christofo "Chris" Reale of Ocean Pines, Maryland; and daughter Megan Cloman of Perry Hall, Maryland. A fifth child, Sean Reale, died in infancy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren: Dale Scott, Renee Soto, Ariel Scott, Eleanore Reale, Jacob Cloman, James Cloman and Haley Cloman; and five great grandchildren. Also surviving is his brother, Bruce Nagel.
A memorial service is planned for a later date. The family suggests donations in his memory to The Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choosing.
