Anthony's obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Anthony Marcus Ortiz on January 15th 2025, in San Antonio. He is survived by his mother Debra Galvan, his father Richard Ortiz, his brothers-Richard Ortiz (Dallas) and Joseph, his sisters- Serina Ortiz, Teena Ortiz, Marisol Ng and Dezirae Ortiz, his long time girlfriend Jolene Ortiz and his step children Amira and Audrina, his grandparents on both sides, and his many nieces and nephews.
Anthony was a light whenever he walked into any room. He was always joking around and trying to make you laugh. He had a love for animals since he was a little boy and playing basketball. The LA Lakers was his favorite NBA team. He was always the first one to jump up and help any of his family if he could. Anthony could always be counted on if you needed him. His passing leaves us with a huge hole in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that you honor Anthony's memory by contributing to a fund set up for him. The operation, titled "Help us put Anthony to rest," is currently crowdfunding at www.everloved.com/life-of/ant…. We sincerely appreciate your support during this challenging time.
The family would like to extend sincere thanks for the outpouring of love and support they have received. Your prayers and kind words are a great source of comfort during this difficult time. As we grieve the loss of our beloved Anthony, we also celebrate his life.
