Anthony's obituary
In Loving Memory of Anthony “Tony” Rubino
March 4, 1982 – June 1, 2025
Anthony “Tony” Rubino, age 43, of Casselberry, Florida, passed away on June 1, 2025, after a courageous battle with colon cancer. Born on March 4, 1982, in Howell, New Jersey, Anthony brought immense joy and light to all who knew him. His unwavering strength, resilience, and spirit in the face of adversity served as an inspiration to everyone whose lives he touched.
Anthony had been a Florida resident for the past 11 years, where he built a life filled with love, perseverance, and passion. He recently graduated from Seminole State College’s plumbing program and was proud to be working with Universal Studios. An avid fisherman, Anthony found peace and happiness in nature, creating many lasting memories on the water.
He is survived by his three beloved daughters—Haydee (16), Lillian (11), and Elise (9)—whom he shared with Eden Lombardo, 37, of Casselberry. Anthony’s love for his girls was boundless, and his legacy will continue to live on through them. He is also survived by his mother, Linda Barr; his siblings, Michael and Joanie Rubino; and many cherished extended family members throughout New Jersey and Georgia.
Anthony will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and the genuine care he showed to those around him. His presence, laughter, and strength will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
A private celebration of Anthony’s life will be held by invitation only in Florida on July 20, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a colon cancer research foundation in Anthony’s memory.
May he rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may his memory bring comfort and strength to all who mourn his passing.
With heartfelt condolences,
The Rubino-Lombardo Family
