Anthony's obituary

Faustino, Anthony "Tony" 87, passed away February 7, 2018, one day before his beloved wife Loretta passed in 2012. He was born in Detroit, Mi to Frank and Anna Faustino. Moved to Maderia Beach, Fl in 1959 to be with his mother Anna and step-father Archie Mancini. He served in the US Army, was a member of the American Legion , and Kentucky Colonels. Worked his way up the ranks of the Maderia Beach Police Force to become a captain and assistant chief of police. Retired and went back to college to earn a master degree in Criminology at University of South Florida and worked for the state of Florida prison system work release program. In the latter part of his working career he taught for the Pinellas County School System as a substitute teacher.
He is survived by his nephew Gregory A. Peshl (Bonnie) of Clearwater, Fl; two great-nieces Jeanna Amaro (Mark) of Torrance, CA and Angela Fuller (Jason) of Clearwater, Fl and their children. Anthony was preceded in death by sister Marie Mason and three brothers; Ross, Joe and Dominick Faustino.
The celebration of Tony's life with family and friends will be held at a future date.
