It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Dean, born on March 24th, 1945, who left us on April 20th, 2025. A great man with a generous spirit, he was a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and friend to many. His impact on those around him was significant, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Anthony is survived by his loving daughters, Tina Diaz, Annetta Burris, Diana Dean-Cross, Toni Martel, and Shirley Mather Valente. He was a pillar of strength and a source of endless support to his family. Also cherishing his memory are his brothers, Ralph Dean and Joe Dean. Anthony's legacy continues through his granddaughter, Antonia Taggart, and his several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His immediate family circle includes his daughter-in-law, Jamie Mather Valente, and his son-in-law, Phillip Burris.
Anthony was predeceased by his doting mother, Annette Hallak, and his devoted spouse, Patricia Syring. His loss will leave a void in many lives.
Anthony had an active lifestyle and a taste for simple pleasures. He cheered passionately for the Denver Broncos and the Dodgers. He had a penchant for Lasagna and cheesecake, which he often referred to as his comfort food. In leisure, he found joy in playing at the casino tables or playing texas hold'em on his computer. . He had a particular fondness for putting together jigsaw puzzles.
Anthony's persona was best described as a hardworking and compassionate individual. He was a dedicated husband, a nurturing father, and a good friend. Always willing to lend a helping hand, he often went out of his way to assist those in need.
His life was full of generosity, resilience, and love, which he shared abundantly with those around him. He will be deeply missed, and his legacy will continue to inspire. Rest peacefully, Anthony - your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
