Tony's obituary

Anthony 'Tony' Dalugdug, 72, of La Quinta, California passed away in the comfort of his home on Friday March 8th, 2024 embraced by family.

Tony was born on March 5th, 1952 to parents Luz Cabagua and Eugene Dalugdug in Vallejo, California. He had 4 sisters: Emma, Patricia, Elizabeth and Sofia (Chinita) and 4 brothers: Juan (Johnny), Eugene, Edward (Gordo) and Valentino.

Just as Tony grew up in a large family, he too would have one of his own. Tony was blessed with 3 daughters: Amanda (Denea), Tammara (Nickie) and Marissa and 4 sons: Michael, Aaron, David and Tyler.

Tony moved to Southern California in his early twenties. His hard work, dedication and strong work ethic quickly moved him up the ranks. Tony became a successful General Manager, in the hospitality industry, who was well respected and adored by peers.

Tony met Rhonda Mullen in Riverside, California and later wed in Lake Tahoe, California in March of1992. Together the pair moved to the Coachella Valley and settled down to raise a family.

Tony had a love for life. He loved to cook, listen to jazz, latin rock and the blues. Tony found joy for cars, going to the gym and pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities. He had a great sense of humor. He was Mr. Calm, cool and collected. Tony had a special way with people. A way that was indescribable and will forever be missed.
