Anthony B. Cuevas III of San Leandro, CA  passed away with peace and grace on February 12, 2022, with his family at his side. Anthony, blessed by a large and loving family, is survived by his wife Tina Cuevas, daughter Marie Sanchez, son Anthony B. Cuevas IV, and step-son Rufino Cota; grandchildren Nathan, Kayla, Samantha, Brayden, and Peyton Sanchez (Marie), Alexander, Adrian, and Adam Cuevas (Anthony) and Andrew and Elijah Cota (Rufino); and siblings Yolanda, Danny, Elizabeth, Jesse, Thomas, Sabrina, and Lupe.

Anthony will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather “poopa”, brother, and uncle with a passion for Christ, the Oakland Raiders, and the Oakland Athletics. 

Anthony was a hard worker and proud of his long career with Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits.

Caring by nature, Anthony always took the time to lend an ear, or offer advice when needed. He was always there to help family and friends, touching the hearts of many.  

Anthony is dearly missed by his loved ones but they find solace that he is reunited with his mother Angelina, father Arnold, brothers Dominic, Arnold Jr., and sister Cynthia.
