She leaves behind a loving family that includes her husband, Alan Peterson, her son, Gary Hood, and her daughters, Michelle Hood and Kimberly Hannett. Their memories of Anparo will surely be influenced by the caring mother she was, always prioritizing spending quality time with her family. Her reassuring presence will be deeply missed.

With a vivacious personality, Anparo was a sports enthusiast who ardently supported The Chicago Bears. Her passion for the team was infectious, creating many unforgettable moments during the sports season.

Spirituality played a significant role in Anparo's life, with her routine including going to church as one of her favorite activities. Outside of her spiritual life, she enjoyed going out to eat and shopping.
