Annie, 74, of Dothan, AL died unexpectedly on November 02, 2022 from injuries sustained in cardiac arrest. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.

Annie was born on February 28, 1948 to willie earl and Debra Ann Simpson  in Eufaula Alabama . Annie attended Anderson university and was passionate about teaching . After graduating high school, Annie moved to Dothan Alabama with Johnny moses Corbitt .

She worked as a nurse at south eastern med for 31 years  and was a member of dothans boys and girls club.

Annie also spent time as a foster mom. Anyone who knew Annie, knew that they were loving, caring, awesome and wonderful. She had an immense passion for cooking and was always a source of positivity. Annie’s family and friends will miss her more than words can say.

Contributions in memory of Annie can be made to pastor Harvey and family. There will be a funeral service held at at pearly gates funeral home . If you can attend the service, please contact pastor Harvey asap.
