Boratto - Annie Mitchell (nee Fisher)

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, "Anna" aged 96 years passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 16, 2025 at Fellburn Care Center in Burnaby, BC.  She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of almost 60 years, Rino, and her 4 daughters Lesley,  Juliana, Gina (Bryn) and Gabriela (Mark).

Anna was a loving and doting Nonna and will be fondly remembered by her many grandchildren : Karla, Darrin, Kristopher, Andrew, Connor, Isabella, Katherine, Olivia, Sean, Rhys, Alexander and Graham; and her great-grandchildren : Nicholas,  Alexandria, Travis, Nathaniel , Peyton and Audrey. 

Anna had a wonderful, long life, and in addition to her family, she was blessed with many dear friends, whom she truly  cherished. 

A Memorial mass will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 11:00am, at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Avenue in Burnaby. Refreshments will be served immediately following the service, at Burnaby Mountain Golf course, 7600 Halifax Street in Burnaby. 

In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to the Salvation Army or the Canadian Cancer Association, as these charities were very close to mum's heart.
