Annette's obituary

Annette Rigsby (Snyder), of Crown Point, Indiana, formerly of Erie, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 14, 2026, at the age of 62.

Born on March 27, 1964, in Erie, PA, Annette was a proud graduate of Tech High School, Class of 1982. She spent much of her life working as a cashier, where her warmth and easygoing nature made a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Annette married the love of her life, Gerald Rigsby Jr., on October 31, 2005. Together they built a life full of love and laughter, recently celebrating 20 years of marriage — a milestone that meant the world to her.

She had a deep love for country music and a personality that was impossible to ignore. Annette was the kind of person who would do anything for anyone without hesitation. Her smile lit up a room, and her laugh was contagious in the best way. People didn’t just like her — they felt her kindness. Her love was genuine, rare, and unforgettable.

She will be deeply missed by her devoted husband, Gerald Rigsby Jr.; her sons, Robert Snyder, Justin Jude, Brandon June, and Steven Jude; and her beloved grandchildren, Gabriella McKenna and Cattleya Milan.

Annette is also survived by her siblings, Duane Snyder, Patricia Rowicki, Robin Munich, Rosie Zastawa (Mark), and William Snyder.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Carolyn Snyder (lafferty), and her brothers, Robert Snyder, Rick Snyder, and David Snyder.

Annette will be remembered as a wonderful, happy soul whose love touched many lives. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and a reminder to live life with an open heart.
