Annette Marie Haworth passed peacefully on March 18th, 2019 at her home in Farmington Hills, MI. She was 57 years old. Born on January 27, 1962 in Pontiac, MI, she was the daughter of Orville and Dorothy Smith.

On August 27, 1988, she married Duane Leslie Haworth of Harrison, MI. They were married for 30 years. Family served as their center of life, and together they had three children - Travis of Farmington Hills, MI; Spencer (Molly Stangl) of Grand Rapids, MI; and Madison (Jon Lyons) of Redford, MI. The couple have 2 grandchildren, Sophie Marie Haworth (Travis Haworth) and Amelia Marie Lyons (Madison Haworth and Jon Lyons).

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Annette was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother - a caring woman who always put others needs first. She never missed a birthday or an opportunity to spend time with her family. She was also passionate about rescuing and caring for animals. Annette loved spending time with her dogs, Lola, Oscar, and Georgie. A devout Christian, she was a member of Bell Creek Community Church.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Bell Creek Community Church at 30000 Five Mile Road, Livonia, MI, with a reception to follow. Pastor Joel will officiate the service. All family and friends are welcome to join in celebration.
