Annette Hoyer Bell (Nielsen) was 74 years old when she passed in peace at 6:40 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022 after a long and dignified encounter with metastatic breast cancer. She was born in Denmark on May 28th, 1948 and raised by Esther Nielsen – who adopted Annette in response to a “motherless child” ad in the local newspaper.
