In Newtown, PA, Anne found her lifelong companion in Thomas Higgins, with whom she shared a deep loving marriage. Anne was the mother of two incredible daughters, Lane and Corinne, who brought immense joy and pride to Anne's life. Her grandchildren, Gwen and Brooke, were the apples of her eye, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Beyond her love for her family, Anne had a zest for life that manifested in her joy for reading, gaming, and the company of loved ones. Her laughter could light up a room, and her sharp wit endeared her to all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Charleston Animal Society, a cause close to Anne's heart. Her beloved cat Kiki was a constant source of comfort and joy, and Anne's compassion extended to supporting animal rescues.
