Obituary
Anne Ruffin Folsom, 80, died peacefully surrounded by her family on September 16, 2019. She was born October 24,1938 in Albany, Georgia where she spent her childhood. She was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Ruffin and Ruby Clegg Ruffin. She was also preceded in death by her brother Robert “Bob” Ruffin and sister Margaret Ruffin. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dennis Keith Folsom of Pulaski, VA, her three daughters, …
