She was born in Lexington KY to the late Herman and Eudell Speaks Wardle. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Lee Adams; Sons, Scott Allen Fugate and William Ray “Billy Ray” Walker; and Sister Juanita Hulett. Anna is survived by her daughters Gabrielle (Bobby Mattison) and Adrieanna Adams and son Raymond Lee Adams; Grandchildren , Makenzie, Andrew, Kimberly, Jamie Ray, Hope, Cassidy, Kelsey, Faith, Tanner, Shelby, Tyler, Dougie Joe, Ricky Lee and Tyler; Great grandchildren, Chambers, Jeremy, Bellamy, Easton, Laila, Bentley, and Everleigh. Sisters, Mary Wallace, Thelma Jean, Joyce Kelly, Brenda Wilson, Joyce King; Brothers, Donald Wardle, Kenneth Wardle, Robert Wardle, Herman Wardle Jr. , Eugene Wardle, Tommy Wardle, Billy Wardle, Charles Wardle and James Arnold Speaks She was a “Special Mother” to many other children who she cared for and treated just like her own children. A private family Celebration of Her Life will be held at a later date.
