Background
Kay used the American Red Cross to notify her military husband about the birth of their children. Kay donated multiple gallons of blood over her life time as generous gifts to strangers in need. Kay donated numerous hours of support to the local Girl Girl Scouts of Santiam Council. Kay lead mutliple March of Dimes neighborhood fund drives.
