Ann was born in Suffolk VA. on December 12th, 1942
She was the daughter of the late Ben Robert Overby and Beatrice Overby Worrell.
She was predeceased by her husband Edward Randolph Earley, and brother Barney Overby. Ann was retired from J.C.Penny's and was a member of the First Baptist church of Byram, MS where she worked in the daycare program.
