Background
Honoring Ann Chau’s Life and Legacy
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Ann Chau (my mom) on March 17th, 2025 (3 days after her birthday). She was 75 years old and tragically lost her life after an accidental fall down the stairs. Her passing has left an immeasurable void in our lives, especially for my dad, who was her devoted caretaker and lifelong companion.
My mom, Ann was the heart of our family—a tough but loving mother, a cherished grandmother, and a dear friend to so many. She had a way of making everyone feel at home, always making sure no one left her house hungry. Her cooking brought people together, and her kindness left a lasting impact on everyone she met.
Her final wish was to be cremated and have her ashes spread in the ocean, a place she found peace and beauty in. We are raising funds to help honor her wishes and support my dad during this difficult time as he navigates life without his partner of so many years. Any contribution, big or small, will go toward covering her funeral and cremation expenses, as well as ensuring my dad has the support he needs as he adjusts to this heartbreaking loss.
