While employed at Texaco, she met the love of her life, Maurice (Maurie) Cataldo. Ann and Maurie wed in 1958 and had 2 sons, Peter and Paul. Together with Ann’s mother Helen, they enjoyed family life in Beacon. During this period, Ann began working at Craig House Hospital in Beacon as a medical secretary.
Following Ann and Maurie’s retirement, they relocated to El Sobrante in 2004 and lived there with their son Peter and his husband Carlos Martinez until their respective deaths.
