Ann Carroll, 68, of Mountain Rest, SC, passed away on October 24, 2022 at her home. Ann was predeceased by her husband, Darrell Carroll,  of Vandalia IL, 2 grandchildren Alexander and Nicholas Carroll of Salem IL,  she is survived by one sister Estell Barnhart, two sons Daniel and Jarrett Bowers, 3 step kids,  3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.   Ann was a private person who wanted to have her services at her childhood home in upstate New York.
