Anita L. Wedgeworth, 66, went home to be with the lord on September 24, 2017 in Mobile, Alabama. Anita was born on December 25, 2017. she worked as a Registered Nurse at USA health hospital for thirty years until she retired due to a decline in her health. she touched the lives of many patients and served as a mentor to many nurses during her career. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Richard H. Lewis Sr.
