Oct 82021 at our home we shared with Anita she approached me after work she was worried,I was standing in the master bathroom trimming my nails door partially opened mom said hey,the cops came to the office do you know anything about that? I said no,what did they come up there for?mom replied,they said I lost a call. I replied that's weird,did you?Anita looked at me seriously and said,jeddy people lose calls everyday police dont come you call back.well mom did you lose a call?anita said no.i chuckled and asked jokingly,what mom do you think the cops are out to kill you.mom,looked rihht into my eyes and said,john peirschbaker was with them he scares me and i dont know what they were going to do,he had alot with me losing my last job and they didnt think i could open my own business,its like he follows me around and he gives me a bad feeling. Oct112021 Dustin wickett and John peirschbaker came back and I know now murdered my mother,Dustin wickett failed to contact me legal next of kin and lied on swormstatements fabricated evidence and later made an intentional false arrest,while in jail my family was forced from our own home where I had invested thousands of dollars and over seven years of what now I consider slavery.chariton police lied on depositions threatened my family and torture me still to this day.chariton police even tried to kill me while on my motorcycle and I'm a felon for preserving my life from murderous corrupt criminals of Iowa fifth district.i lost my mother,sisters,father,rights,freedom,livestock, property and ability to provide for my family to Shelton law,district attorney,police and siblings that had no clue just how evil our local police and courts are.i speak moms words and swear it's truthfulness with my life and I will get justice be it legal or criminal.
