Angie Frederick-Hopper, born on December 26, 1946, passed away on January 15, 2023. A beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, Angie will be remembered for her wit, love, and dedication to her family and friends. As a proud graduate of Madisonville N Hopkins High School in 1964, Angie went on to serve her country in the United States Air Force, as an Administrative Specialist, an accomplishment she held dear to her heart. She was employed by Wal-Mart in Newburgh. Her coworkers had become her 2nd family and they will miss her deeply.

Family was truly at the center of Angie's life, and she is survived by her children, Erin DeVault, Jamie (Debbie)  DeVault , and Micki DeVault Waldrop; her siblings, Crystal Frederick, Cayce Frederick, Mike Frederick, and Mark Frederick; her grandchildren, Zack Jones, Alexis DeVault, Raven DeVault, AJ Waldrop, Stephanie Evans, Amanda Evans Lemmons, and Melissa Evans. She also has 5 great grandchildren Tegan, Zariah, Halia, Ember and Riverleigh.

Predeceased by her parents, Charles and Mary Frederick, Angie will be remembered for her passion for family, friends, grandkids, and traveling. She deeply cared about her loved ones, especially her grandbabies and great-grandbabies, and taught her family to stand up for what they believe in. Angie's personality shined through in her wit, loving nature, and care for others.

Angie's memorial service will be conducted on Thursday January 19th, at 6pm at The Refuge Christian Church, 8566 Telephone Rd. Chandler, In. American Legion Post #44 will conduct Military honors. 

Angie's legacy is a reminder for everyone to cherish and spend time with their family and friends. Her spirit will live on in the memories and hearts of those who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Angie Frederick-Hopper, and may your memory serve as an inspiration to others, both now and in the days to come.
