Angelia Kathryn Sheer of Brentwood, TN passed away on February 12, 2021 after a brief battle with brain cancer. She was 62 years old. Angelia was a beautiful, vivacious mother, wife, sister, and friend who greatly impacted the lives of everyone she knew. Prior to her death Angelia was a CFO within her career and an avid equestrian with her equine partner Jafar. Most knew her as “UFO Girl” from her extensive and life-long journey and research of the extraterrestrial/paranormal fields which she was most passionate. Angelia was a pioneer and published author in her field, the Tennessee State Director of MUFON, and involved and or lead in multiple other investigatory endeavors.

Angelia is preceded in death by her father George M. Giffe, Jr., and mother Patricia M. Millwood. She is survived by her husband Dale B. Houston of Brentwood, siblings George M. Giffe, III (Mal), Rebecca M. Wright, and Trester H. Giffe, daughter Shanna L. Simpson and son-in-law James “Ryan” Simpson of Nashville, two grandchildren Jacob R. Simpson (22) and Henley K. Simpson (5) along with 8 nieces and nephews. She will be cherished in our hearts and the hearts of many in the years to come.

Services will be held promptly at 2:00pm on March 14, 2021 at:
Triune Baptist Church
8094 Horton Hwy,
Arrington, TN 37014

Immediately after the service, guests are invited into the Fellowship Hall, to gather and share stories and memories of Angelia, with family and friends. This will be an old time “Sunday In The South” type gathering. Food and fellowship. Guests are invited to bring a plate, if they wish, but it isn’t required.
