Andrew "Drew" Donovan Ramírez Mercales was born on June 5, 2003 to Angelina Mercales García and Antonio Ramírez Pérez. At the age of 3, he immigrated to America from Guanajuato, Mexico and was adopted by Sandy and Jarred Clemaine. By the age of 10, he was no longer with his adopted parents. At the age of 17 he was accepted into UCLA on a scholarship where he planned to go into financing.
He passed away in a fatal car accident on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at California Hospital Medical Center at the age of 17 years and 2 months. He was preceded in death by a sister, Samantha Mae Ramírez Mercales (aged 2 months) and both sets of grandparents.
He is survived by his parents, his family of friends, and his dog, Lemon.
He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his kind smile, and his willingness to help anyone in need of anything no matter what.
He will have a private funeral on August 19th.
