Andrew's obituary

Andrew's obituary

Andrew E. Miles Jr., 68, of Woonsocket, and formerly of Cranston, died February 28, 2022 in the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence. He was the loving husband of Susan (Brackett) Miles for 45 years. Born in Ontario, Canada, he was the son of the late Andrew E. Miles and the late Marion (Dailey) Miles.

Andrew was a talented musician that could play any instrument, and was a guitarist for the cover bands Chain Reaction and Blox. He was a movie buff, especially sci-fi and comedies, and loved to quote them all the time. He also enjoyed the beach, and loved spending time at Beavertail and other state parks with his wife and children. Additionally, he was an avid New England Patriots fan, and loved his many pets throughout the years, most recently his cat, Oliver.

Along with his wife, Susan, he is survived by his children, Christine Miles of Warwick, Adam A. Miles and his partner, Miranda Pellegrino, of New Bedford, and Matthew Miles of Woonsocket; his brother, John P. Miles of South Carolina; his brother in-law, William W. Brackett of Illinois, as well as, three nieces and his many cousins.
