Andrew's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Andrew Cheung. A man of immense kindness and warmth, Andrew was born on June 24, 1985, and left us far too soon on June 27, 2024.
Andrew embodied the true essence of compassion; he wore his whole heart on his sleeve. His personality was a beacon that touched many hearts and drew people towards him. A true believer in empathy, he always nurtured two core principles: the constant care of those around him and the practice and value of understanding others. These philosophies not only defined his life but also guided those fortunate enough to know him.
A loving son and caring brother, Andrew is survived by his mother Susan, sister Jessica (Adam Hudson), niece Ryleigh, and goddaughters Keila and Keira. They will remember him always for his love and loyalty. He was predeceased by his father, Kevin, whose warmth he carried within him throughout his life.
Andrew's legacy is one of graciousness and generosity. He was a man who filled the lives of those around him with joy and vibrancy. His spirit, his values, and his love will continue to live on through memories, impacting lives and inspiring individuals to lead with kindness.
The loss of Andrew is deeply felt by his family, friends, and all those who knew him. As we say goodbye to Andrew, we also celebrate his life, cherishing the moments of joy, compassion, and love he shared with us.
