Andrew David Blackwell Jr., 78, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on July 6, 2023, in Miami, Florida. He was born on May 22, 1945, in Norfolk, Virginia. Andrew is survived by his loving daughter Jean Font, daughter Dawn Ingram, son Steven Blackwell, and sister Faye Marshall. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Wanda Blackwell, son Andrew Blackwell III, mother Algie Louise Ambrose Blackwell, father Andrew David Blackwell Sr, and sister Diann Ray Blackwell Deneau Trumble.

A memorial service to celebrate Andrew's life will be held in Bristol, Tennessee. Details for the service will be planned at a later date.

He will be remembered for his incredible work ethic and dedication to his family, in which he instilled in his children. Please join the family in remembering and honoring Andrew Blackwell Jr. during this time of grief.
