Ana's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ana Valentin, who left this world peacefully on March 13, 2025. Born on November 23, 1934, Ana lived a fulfilling life filled with love and warmth, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Ana was a remarkable woman, best described by those who loved her as strong, caring, thoughtful, loving, and warm. She treasured simple joys in life, such as enjoying her favourite meal of steak with onion, rice and beans, or indulging in a glass of Sangria. A passionate cook, she spent many hours in the kitchen, preparing meals with love for her family and friends.
Described as a lover of life, Ana's favourite vacation spot was the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She cherished the moments spent there, basking in the beauty of the sunsets and soaking in the culture of the place that was so close to her heart.
More than the joy she found in her personal interests, Ana's greatest pride and joy was her family. She was a beacon of wisdom, teaching her loved ones about the importance of family, the value of helping others, and the power of forgiveness. These lessons, among many others, are what defined her spirit and will continue to guide those she left behind.
Among Ana's many accomplishments, one that stood out was her ability to purchase her own home and sustain herself with what she had. This testament to her resilience was just one of the many ways she demonstrated her strength and determination.
Ana leaves behind a legacy that family is important. She touched and helped everyone she could, with love. Her compassion and kindness were unwavering, and her memory will continue to inspire love and unity in the hearts of her loved ones. As we mourn the loss of Ana Valentin, we also celebrate a life that was generously lived, a life that touched many, and a life that will forever be remembered.
