Memories:  I remember how fulfilling and appreciative she was about growing her own organic Latin inspired herbs. My bond with Ana Valentin was how excited she was to show me her presentation of natural vegetation. She was also a very lively individual, always keeping busy. I remember how much the avocado tree gave her work, there was a constant flow of those leaves falling on a daily basis. So during my visits on Saturday mornings I would see her outside sweeping the leaves, therefore I would grab the large lawn bags and help her sweep them up and put all the leaves into bags. Although it was work, this was my way to bond with her. Love you grandma Ana you will always be cherished and never forgotten.
