Amy's obituary

It is with an incredibly heavy heart and deep sorrow that we share the passing of our beloved Amy Sue “Frony” Frohnheiser, 46, of Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, who passed away on Wednesday July 5th, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital Carbon Campus, after a long battle with addiction.

Born in Palmerton on June 7th, 1977, Amy was the daughter of Randy and Sharon Frohnheiser. She was an attendee of Palmerton Area High School.

Amy was employed as a home health aid by Royal Home Care Carbon County. She previously worked in housekeeping.

She was a follower of Christ and a member of Blue Mountain Community Church in Palmerton.

Amy was a fun loving friend of everyone and a loving mother to her two beautiful children Alijah & Brayden. She enjoyed going for car rides, listening to music, spending time with her kids and her dog Vader, and watching her son play basketball.

She was predeceased by her brother Jason Frohnheiser, maternal grandparents Robert and Betty (Zellner) Gruber, paternal grandparents LeRoy and Eurana (Rehrig) Frohnheiser, uncles Robert (Bobby) Gruber, Edward (Eddie) Frohnheiser, Harold Frohnheiser, and Robert (Bobby) Frohnheiser, and aunts Delores Rex and Paulette (Tootie) Frohnheiser.

She is survived by her daughter Alijah Frohnheiser, son Brayden Ohl, parents Randy and Sharon Frohnheiser, aunts Donna Gruber & husband Gregg Romig, Ellen & husband Richard Fink, and Sylvia Gruber, uncles Barry Gruber and Roger & wife Debbie Frohnheiser, and many cousins who loved Amy dearly.
