Amber Denae Walls (Thurman), 57, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023.

Amber was born on June 30th, 1965, to William and Karen Thurman in Dayton, Ohio. Amber was preceded in death by Bo (her longtime companion), William Thurman (father), and Melvin Harris Sr. and Connie Harris (grandparents). She is survived by her mother, Karen Thurman, brother, William Thurman (wife Angie), son Ryan Thurman and daughter Natasha Laird (husband Corey), niece Kirstyn Thurman, nephews Austyn Thurman (wife Maura), Chase Thurman (partner Jenna) and Zack Thurman (wife Marissa) and many great nieces and nephews.

She was a graduate of Beavercreek High School and excelled in her studies at Sinclair Community College. Throughout her life she enjoyed spending time with her dogs and cats and fixing up her home.

A graveside service will be held on her birthday, June 30, 2023, at 1pm at Valley View Memorial Gardens at 170 N. Valley Rd. in Xenia, OH.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Making the Difference Foundation (MTD), an organization dear to her heart, at P.O. Box 323 Xenia, OH, 45385.
