Maemae, Amber Schexnayder,29, of Holden, LA passed away suddenly after an accidental overdose and we are deeply saddened by her loss.

Maemae was born on September 16, 1992 to [Lynn and darrin Schexnayder] in [baton rouge, la]. After graduating from [Doyle High school] She loved [painting] and [fishing]. She was a bright and kind individual.

Maemae also dedicated time towards[making things for her family]. 

Maemae met [Bankie] and they were together for 5 years. They enjoyed [fishing] and [camping] with [Guppy, little girl andbuckwheat]. 

Anyone who knew Maemae, knew that they were [a kind caring sister,daughter, friend and girlfriend and aunt]. She had an immense passion for [art] and was always a source of positivity. Her family and friends will miss her more than words can say. She will be cremated and will live on in all of our hearts forever and always ♥️ she is survived by her father Shake (Darrin) and cc and brother in law joe, Angie and Jess her sisters 💖 all of her nieces and nephews (Hope,Austin, lex,Emma,wyatt, Logan,remi and Tyler)Also her great nephew baby Z. Also her fiancee banky (dustin) and her brothers aaron, Matthew and Thomas.  She is preceded in death by her mother, brother Jesse and all of her friends who lost their battle with addiction. She was my sister, best friend and my daughter all wrapped in one and I am going to miss her so much 😢
