It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Amber Pellegren on June 5, 2024. Born on August 8, 1986, Amber's life was characterized by a spirit of caring, a lively character, and a tremendous dedication to those she loved and the pursuits she held dear.

Amber was a beloved daughter to Laurie Pellegren and Mike Pellegren, cherished sister to Alex and James Pellegren, and a niece loved dearly by her aunts, Lisa and Maureen Madeux. She will be missed by her sister-in-laws, Alyse Pellegren and Aubrey Karg, as well as her step-father, Michael Butler. Amber's spirit will live on through her daughters, Shawn and Marion Brookman, who were amongst her greatest joy and accomplishments throughout her life.

Everyone who knew Amber would attest to her caring nature and spirited personality. She was an incredibly accomplished individual, but her role as a mother and as an educator stood out as some of her most remarkable achievements. She poured her heart into raising her children, and she dedicated herself to the noble cause of education, always striving to inspire and encourage her students.

Amber's legacy will undoubtedly be one of encouragement. She was consistently inspiring those around her to reach for their best selves and to persevere in the face of adversity. This legacy will reverberate through the lives of her family, friends, and those she touched through her work.

We mourn Amber's loss, and yet we celebrate her life, her achievements, and the incredible impact she had on the lives of those she came into contact with. She will be profoundly missed, yet her spirit will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew her.
