Amber N. Jolly, age 45, of Lewisburg, OH passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025. She was born February 19, 1980 in Lexington, KY. Anyone that crossed Amber’s path understood one thing clearly; she led her life with her heart. Even from a young age, our parents knew that Amber was an empathetic soul. Amber spent most of her adolescents in the pool, spending time with cousins, listening to music, and changing diapers. My earliest memories are coated with my sister's smile and her gentle heart.

As an adult Amber loved photography, cooking, and anything that required a glue gun or crafting pliers. Amber’s charismatic personality made it so she never met a stranger; she treated you as if she’d known you her whole life. Her friends extended into family quickly for Amber, opening her heart to those that needed it. Her life was cast with the loss of her son, Shawn Odis Koger, Jr and his father Shawn Koger. While she was robbed of the experience of watching her own family grow old together; she found comfort in the time she had with Shawn and his children. While our hearts are broken that Amber is no longer with us, we find peace that she has been reunited with her son.

In addition to her son, she was also preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Junior and Carrie Jolly; and maternal grandparents Wilson and Barbara Ann Blades.

She is survived by her father Randy Jolly of Cynthiana, KY; mother Sue (Richard) Mattes of Florida; stepmother Rebecca Patrick of Mt. Sterling, KY; sisters Mary (Eddie) Perry and their children Haydon and Ellis of Aurora, IN and Alexis Mattes of Florida
