Amaya Carey , 19, of  Jackson Mississippi  died unexpectedly on March 24,20222 from injuries sustained of a bullet wound. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Amaya was born on February 6,2003 to Shay Carey and Ricky Ellis in Jackson Mississippi  . Amaya attended Murray high school and was passionate about  doing hair.  Anyone who knew Amaya knew that they were kind/loving/caring/warm/brilliant/awesome/wonderful.  She had an immense passion for doing hair and was always a source of positivity.  Amaya gave birth to a beautiful son named Jayden Carey on May 31, 2018. Amya’s family and friends will miss her more than words can say.

She leaves behind to cherish both parents Shay Carey and Ricky Ellis both of Mississippi. Her son Jayden Carey. Her siblings: Joe  brown , Dominic Jones, Maurice Carey, Samatha Carey, Ricky Johnson, Jonathan barrett and Nykirianna tart . With a host of friends cousins and many loved ones
