Amanda Jane Sewell, 46, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on April 19th, 2020 at her home in Summerlake, Winter Garden, FL. Mandy will be forever remembered and will live on in the hearts of all her family, friends and every being she touched.
She was born in Barking, Essex on October 30th, 1973
She went to school at Robert Clack Comprehensive School in Dagenham, Essex
She was married to Mark Sewell on April 18th, 1997
She gave birth to her daughter, Emma, on September 2nd, 1997 and to her son, Jack, on June 11th 1999.
Mandy worked for the London Electricity Board (LEB) then run a boarding cattery. In 2007 Mandy moved to Florida to start a new cleaning franchise (MaidPro)
Mandy was a loving, loyal, doting wife, mother, daughter and friend. She had a passion for helping animals in need. She loved spending time with family, friends and her pets. She loved life, wine, king crab, eighties music, dancing and traveling. Her happy place was at the beach. She was a free spirit and lived life to the full and really did cram so much into her short life.
She truly was an amazing human being: strong and fiesty, spontaneous and fun, loving and caring, kind and generous. When you shared your joy with her she was a totally present listener and made you feel like the only person in the world.
She is survived by her children: Emma Sewell and Jack Sewell, her Mother: Marion Grierson, her Father: Larry Smith, her brother: Gary Page and her sisters: Kaisha Tucker, Chantel Smith and Karalea Smith.
A private memorial service will be held between 2pm and 3pm, on May 8th at Woodlawn Funeral Home.
