Background
I have been struggling to keep up with the rent which provides a roof over me and my 2 year old daughters head. Her name is Isabella and she is the sweetest little girl ever and doesn't deserve this. I had a mental be breakdown and became unable to work. My husband does construction and usually makes ends meet but he's out of work with a bad back and his comp hasn't started yet. Welfare won't pay because it's back rent and they don't pay back rent . CAP is still pending and so isn't APTP . I now have 3 days to pay 950 or me and my daughter our out on the street! We agreed to a payment plan in court. 950 for Dec which we paid. 950 for January due by the 10th and 950 again due Feb 1st then we are current. Really need help with the 950 . I'd even take a money order filled out to the landlord. Anything would really be appreciated!
