Amanda Jean Lock (née Suits), of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on July 10, 1950, in Frankfort, Indiana, she was the daughter of Robert Suits and Gladys Suits (née Owens).

Amanda’s life was rooted in Indiana, where she was born and raised. Over the years, she built a family that brought her great joy and pride. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Crystal Anderson (Lock) and her son Chet Lock. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren Lance Anderson, Darren Anderson, Mariah Lock, Robert Lock, Angelo Lock and Jesse Lock.

Amanda shared a close bond with her sisters Carol Jarrell (Suits) and Joyce Brenton (Suits), who now carry forward her memory with love.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Angel Marie Balderas (Lock), her son John Suits, and her parents Robert and Gladys Suits.

Amanda’s life will be honored at a funeral service held in Kokomo, Indiana. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
