I got to know Alyce during her amazing journey at Weight Watchers.  I worked at her meetings for many years before we were sidetracked by Covid.  She was always so positive and never gave up no matter what her result was that week.  She was so joyful and always had a smile on her face and put a smile on the faces of others.  After WW closed, I went to work for our local Dollar Tree and who would be there shopping a couple of times a month but dear Alyce.  We always enjoyed chatting for a few minutes and catching up on life.  I was shocked to hear of her passing and will miss seeing her.  I know that she truly loved her family and was happy whenever you could spend some time together, especially during the holidays.  I know with the holidays coming up, you will miss her terribly this year.   My deepest sympathy to all of you as you go through this difficult time.

Alyce was truly a social butterfly—she lit up every room she entered and never let anyone feel like a stranger for long. Her joy was contagious, her laughter unforgettable, and her gift of connection remarkable. Even for those of us who were blessed to meet her later in life, like myself only eight short years ago, her presence was life-changing. In that time, she filled a very large void in my heart that I hadn’t even realized was waiting for her. That was Alyce’s gift: she left you fuller, lighter, and loved in a way that stayed with you.

My deepest sympathies for the loss of her.
