Alvin's obituary
Alvin was born in Manila, Philippines on August 19, 1978 to Oscar and Maria Christina (Ibasan) Oleta. He is an avid bike rider and a proud Freemason. A member of Shriners and Men of Gilead Widows Sons. On November 29, 2003, Alvin married his love, Raquel in San Francisco, California. On April 8, 2003 and March 10, 2012 respectively, he welcomed his two amazing boys, Allen and Nate, who were the most important part of his life.
Alvin was a devoted husband and a loving father. He enjoys spending time with his loved ones and has always put his family above else. A humble man with great sense of humor and warm smile, people are naturally drawn to Alvin. He has an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Anyone who came across Alvin knows that he is a selfless man with a pure heart who loves to give back in any way he can. Albeit short, Alvin has truly lived his life to the fullest through simple pleasures and fun-filled adventures with his family and closest friends. An amazing brother, a trusted advisor, a mentor, and loyal friend, Alvin, has made a long-lasting impact and will forever be missed and remembered.
Alvin is survived by his wife, Raquel, his two sons, Allen and Nate, his parents; Oscar and Maria Christina Oleta, his five brothers; Davey John, MarVic, Darwin Cleve, Bryan, and Carl Martin, his loving sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a host of long-time friends.
Funeral service is scheduled from 4pm - 9pm, beginning Sunday, December 12th through Tuesday, December 14th.
