Alvin Ray McMillan, 89, of Riverside California, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 20, 2020. He was born on February 20, 1931, in Lubbock, Texas, to Leona and Raymond McMillan. Al was an aerospace engineer who enjoyed flying RC airplanes. In 1951, he enlisted and served four years as a machinist in the United States Navy. Honorably discharged from the Armed Forces of the United States of America in 1954. He was married to Dorothy …
